Thank you all very much.
I have 100 pieces of software.
I was able to install the software successfully by rebooting one by one.It took 2 days.

NATIVE INSTRUMENTSに対しての印象がすごく悪くなりました。
きちんとしたサポート部門を持つべきです。
日本語で対応できないのであれば日本で売るべきではない。
これでは安心してお客様にお勧めできない。各店の在庫分は返品させていただきます。
少し会社の規模が大きくなったからと言って
このような対応を続けているのであれば必ず淘汰されてしまいますよ。Native Accessも以前のバージョンのほうが良かった。
他社はレベルの高いサポート部門を持っていますよ。
