Hi, been using this set up on Windows 8.1 with no problems at all, installed same version on Traktor and QuickTime on Windows 10 but get the error when loading any m4a files, can anyone please help??
No, that should not be a problem.

Are those the same files?
Because you normally get these errors when it's an "rented" file with DRM on it, not a bought track.
Thanks for your reply, but it plays on my other 2 laptops with Traktor, or do you think as it's been copied a couple of times now then that's the issue?
It's windows 10 home or I could possibly downgrade to windows 8?
