Installing Dependences is always problematic

Please help. Whenever I need to open Native Access there is always a problem with it getting hung up on Installing Dependencies. I downloaded the NTK Daemon and there is an error message saying there is an earlier version already installed. I tried the troubleshooting path as well. This has been going on for years. Please help.
