Kontakt Start Library Not Showing in Native Access

This morning everything was working fine. This afternoon, I loaded up a project and it said that my instruments couldn't be accessed. All of the files are there. When I open up Native Access, it's linked the correct folder where the files are. When I got to the website under my products, it shows them all as registered.

But in Native Access it only shows the Ozone 11 EQ. None of the other things are there, and I can't figure it out because just a few hours ago it was all fine.

I did updated Native Access figuring that was the issue, but still nothing.

Any advice?

Hello Nacnaz, can you please try this workaround:
Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again

This can help you to recover your products, if the issue persists,

Alternatively please, downgrade to NA 3.8.1 and this can help, here are the direct download links for that:
