All of a sudden a number of items showing as demo
I followed the instructions to rebuild the data base. This is on a Mac M2. There are no xml files to delete. When I delete the Native Access Folder - it repopulates but still the same issue demos. I've restarted, rebooted, deleted etc. still the same issue! Frustrating!!!

Hello frankjonez, sorry for the frustration.
Normally this issue is caused by the current Native Access version and we aim to solve this issue with the new update. Meanwhile, deleting the xml or downgrading the Native Access would be the best workarounds to solve this issue. Even though you mentioned that you have already tried deleting xml and could not find, I would advice to try it one more time please☺️
Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again
This can help you to recover your products, if the issue persists,
Alternatively please, downgrade to NA 3.8.1 and this can help, here are the direct download links for that:
