Any advice on how to securely to resell a licence (bought twice)?

Hi, I own two licences for Guitar Rig 7 Pro and would offer one for a sale, but the Native
Instruments Reseller in my Area, provided by Native Instruments, isn't a re-seller actually and can't help me. Any advice on how/where to find a buyer and process the whole tranfer securely? Thanks a lot.
