Hi there,

here is my context : macOS 13.5.1 / Native Access 3.11.1
my issue is that everytime I try to install a new product via native Access I get the "installation failed. you may need to grant full access…" note that I can upgrade already installed products.

I've been struggling and tried everything I found starting with checking / reapplying full disk access as explained in the FAQ, reinstalling, downgrading to Native Access 1 (xml error this time), reupgrade to Native Access 2 (you may need to grant full acess error).
I'm getting mad after a few hours of trying…

Can someone help?

Thank you in advance,

Fab

Hello Fab, Normally this issue can be caused by an outdated Native Access version.

So , to solve that, I would kindly suggest to make sure that you are using the latest version of the Native Access (3.11.1). Here is the website from where you can download the latest version of it:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Then please restart your computer afterwards.

If the issue persists, please request a support ticket in this link https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA by clicking the chat icon on the right bottom of your page
