Komplete Kontrol Won't Load Instruments

Mac Mini w/Sonoma 14.5, Logic 11

I just installed the newest Ultimate and I'm having the same problem as prior to installation: each time I click on a patch to an instrument, it tells me there's a loading issue. This happens with NI and all other products. I thought the trouble would clear up after upgrading, but no such luck. I was hesitant to get the newest version because, y'know, NI has no tech support, only these forums along with YouTube videos that are both unhelpful. I've rescanned in the Logic plug-in manager to no avail. I'm guessing the solution is fairly easy. Please help.

same issue, many customers are angry and the issue has not been resolved.
