Help, can't contact Customer Support - and Stuck

Hi

I was guided to NI support, but "IMPOSSIBLE" to get through. Can somebody guide me please? I have the entirety of the Native Instruments full suite downloaded on my Mac and it took 2 days to load. Everything loaded fine, excepting for a file called "enqueing" which kicks out a message Installation failed: Invalid location. I didn't change any locations and went to default locations on the entire download, i.e. everything. What do you think the issue is here.

It reflects on the site two rows, the first is the image with Enguiueing next to it, but no radio switches to download. The second row is the same with the error message next to it, i.e. failed:Invalid location! Help please…, it is a small file, but I want to be complete. Thank you.
