How to create a support ticket for hardware issue?

edited October 2024 in Maschine

I just bought a Maschine Mikro MK3 on the 3rd of this month. I noticed today while playing that one of my pads will randomly stick and stay on. I've tried different USB ports and played with some pad sensitivity settings but it still happens. I wanted to contact customer support but I can't find any information on the main website to contact a real person. I was wondering if somebody could help me out here and point me in the right direction.

Thanks,

James

On this page there is the chat bot, which AFAIK after answering a few questions connects you to a real human. Good luck.

    Thanks Carlos,

I took your advice and kept talking to the bot until it forwarded me to customer support.

    "Hello,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for your trouble here.

In order to solve your issue most effectively I am going to escalate this to a specialist.

They will follow up with you via E-mail as soon as possible."

Hopefully they can help me out!
