How To Use Vouchers

Good morning, all.

Forgive the stooped question - but I can not find an answer anywhere.

I recently purchased (brand new) Maschine Mk3 & S88 Mk3. With the purchase of both, I have received vouchers. I have tried to use these vouchers on the NI Shop (website) but have not been successful. Each time I try and use the vouchers, I receive a message that says I can NOT use them. etc. I've tried purchasing NI instruments in addition to other brands on the NI shop site, but have had no luck.

Please advise.

The vouchers have terms and conditions. From what you've said, I guess you're trying to use them on products that are excluded in the terms and conditions.

As you've not specified exactly which products you tried to purchase, I'm having to assume that's the case.

*Hammer + Waves Acoustic

The only "NI" product (technically) is Noire (I think). So, that could be the culprit.

I have the following vouchers:

* "Free Kontakt Instrument" voucher from my S88 Mk3 purchase

*"Free $25" voucher also from the S88 Mk3

*"Free $50" voucher from the Maschine Mk3 purchase

*Noire

N.I. vouchers does not work for stuff that is already discounted , you can use a voucher for e.g. Noir or Lores but only when they are not discounted already. (meaning voucher can not be used during the sale for items on sale)

N.I. vouchers only works for N.I.'s own stuff so no NKS libraries

*Damage 2
