Audio 10 skips first beat

Hi. Does anyone know why, when I use the audio 10 sound card, when I press play the first beat always skips. I mean you can't hear the sound of the first beat. When I use the audio 6 everything is fine.

It would be very helpful if you could tell us your operating system and you version of Traktor.

I have traktor 3.11.17 on a Mac m1 with Sonoma os. But it doesn't matter. I have audio 10 sound cards from 2015 and I had the same problem with all the cards and operating systems and versions of traktor.

If you start a track (and it skips) and you pause and restart the track, does it still skip?

And what if you play a track on deck A, does it skip the first beat on deck B?
