Hello,

I just bought Maschine plus.

I'm trying to connect it to my MacBook Air M1.

I follow the procedure in Controller mode, Maschine 2 is well installed.

I am still on the "production and performance system" screen, no key is illuminated if not power. Nothing happens and the Maschine plus is not recognized.

I installed a usb B to usb C to be compatible for the mac.

Can it come from that?

    I just found it.

In fact, you must first connect the usb without connecting the power supply of the Maschine plus.

Once recognized, I plugged in the power supply and everything worked properly.

    Good morning,

Something concerns me regarding the machine that I have just bought new.
The logo is not at all like the videos.
The "+" is not red but white and the entire logo is as follows: Maschine '+'N
In addition, the cardboard does not present the image of the Maschine but does have the Native instrument concept. It has the handle like the original but is cardboard colored.
Has Native Instrument changed its logos?

Can you post pictures of it? As NI changed its Corporate Identity last year (or was it 2022?) including the logo it is possible that NI changed some design aspects in a new batch.

@TAZ congratulations! You have a brand new Maschine+ which is proven by the branding.

Videos and pictures of the original design are more common simply because the rebranding took place relatively recently.
