I just purchased a lightly used S49 MK2. When I first plugged it into my laptop, the device showed in Windows Explorer as a storage device. I wish I would have taken a screenshot because now I can't remember exactly what was in there, but I believe there were installation packages for the included software. I unplugged the keyboard and when I plugged it back in, I expected it to show in Windows Explorer again, but it does not, and no matter what I do, I am unable to get it to show in Windows Explorer.

I am using Windows 11 Version 23H2 (Build 22631.3737)

How can I get the keyboard to show in Windows Explorer again?

You get the software with Native Access. It shouldn't show up in Windows Explorer at all as far as I know.

Yes, I am aware of that, but there was an installer in there for something that was not available within Native Access. I just wish I could remember what it was.

Keyboard should not show up in explorer, it will be listed under device manager.

All you need to do is install Komplete Kontrol software which will in turn, install the drivers and then it should be good to go from there.
