Unable to locate the mk3 software to download

I am sure I am missing something really obvious but online it confirms I registered the serial number and says I can download it the software in the APP but the application doesn't list my piece of equipment. Most items are only pictures without names and I tried download all but it said I had the wrong location. The location selected is the one auto selected which correlates with the instructions so I am lost at how to just get the software.

Hello,

the maschine hardware comes with maschine 2 software (+ some other stuff), this is the software that makes the hardware work. Try to find maschine 2and open it. I would also recommend to read the manual or watch some tutorials about the first steps with maschine. Hope you soon have fun with your new device.

I don't understand this but an hour later the lights turned on the maschine. I never did locate mk3 but now also there is a pad controller editor but can't find any information or instructions on how to get past the lights turning on. I don't know what any of the things mean that are in the mad controller editor nor are there instructions I am able to locate. Am I the first person to buy this machine as a first piece of equipment?

2 is downloaded and I read the manual and watched as many videos as I can locate. They all start after where I am stuck.
