Installation failed, review location preferences (Windows 11)

This error occurs while attempting to install the Hardware Connection Service during the initial setup. The first sign of trouble was that several apps don't have labels in Native access…

After going through all the release notes I made an educated guess and found it. After the error it says "queued" and throws the error. I did change the content to my D drive (5 terabytes). My C drive has 2 Terabytes so plenty of storage. I ran the uninstall reg tool that another user suggested. No change.

My 2 USB cables are fine. My system specs are below.

    Rebooting the computer while leaving the s88 on fixed it. Ay yi yi.
