traktor s4 mk2 driver not working

i am using traktor 3 pro and ive just bought traktor s4 mk2 and at first it said drivers are unavailable but i dowloaded drivers from native instruments site, instaled them but still i have the same issue drive is not working and my traktor 3 pro cant recognize the audio device, i dont know what can i do anymore

What OS are you using?

And are you sure it's an mk2 and not an mk1?

I don't know what OS you are using, but the mk1 will not work on modern Mac os.
