serial number registration problem

Hello, I have just purchased a mikro mk3 machine in a second-hand store, my small problems are that I cannot record the serial number given that it was recorded on another native Instrument account.
I cannot contact the previous owner, how can I register the serial number?

    Usual way would be you got a Licence Transfer ID from previous owner. As this seems to not be the case you'll have to contact NI. The process is described in the following support article:
