If I own KONTAKT 7 why do i need to pay more $$ for it?

I thought I already owned KONTAKT 7. However, when I log in to the Native Instruments products page, it states that as an owner of Komplete 14 Ultimate Edition I am offered the reduced amount of $49 (Australian) to get Kontakt 7. What am I getting for the $49?. I seem to have all the plugins Instruments that are in the Kontakt 7 promotional video. I have tried to find an answer, despite many hours looking for one. As a side question, have NI made it impossible to actually make contact with them ?

I also own Komplete 14 ULT - the NI website is a disaster when it comes to "knowing" what you have (even if you log in). Ignore all offers. You do not need to buy or upgrade to anything.

I still see offers on there to "upgrade" to Komplete 14 Standard (from ULT) - yeah like that makes any sense at all.
