NA updating products BUT NOT updating products

Hi NI,

after all the other trouble we all have constantly with NA my personal NA developed now something new.

I click on update product, it cues the product, downloads it, installs the update and then - it's still there under "to update". So either the update doesn't work or the NA window doesn't remove updated products anymore?!

What to do?

This is how my NA looks after I clicked "update all" and it cued all of them and downloaded and installed them.

Everytime a new update comes to the list it stays and the list gets longer and longer although I do all the updates.

Does no one else have this problem? It still consists after a few NA updates even…

No problems here on Windows 10. What does it say about the ones that need to be repaired? Normally I get that if I moved a library to a new location and it wants me to repair the new uploaded one with the new location.

I had it a few years ago on Windows 10. I think part of the answer was to uninstall the offending products and to make sure that their registry keys were gone, along with their folders too. Since that time, I have subscribed to Revo Uninstaller, so I would probably try using that tool first if I had that problem crop up again. But luckily, it hasn't come back.
