EULA "Scroll to proceed" is grayed out. I can only "Cancel"

After using Native Access 3.11.1 and having that loaded into my application folder, when I open the application I have 2 choices. That is, to "Cancel" or "Scroll to proceed". The Scroll to proceed is grayed out and the only thing I can do is cancel. Can anyone help so I can see all the products I have via the application?
