How come a free software can be connected to soundcloud but not a 100 quid one

I think it is outrageous that you cannot connect Soundcloud to Traktor pro 3, the extra hassle this creates is so stupid. I think this will hold you back from getting new customers. and should be sorted asap as i think you have lost a customer tonight
