Updates cause major issue

So why update? I don't know how these guys put out these updates that shut down everything. If you don't fix these issues and if the issues persist I want a full refund for everthing that I've purchase. This new update has ruined more than half of my projects and are unusable and Komplete Kontrol just sits there in a never ending loading state.

    Raum causes major crash and hudreds of projects will now not load in FL21. The Komplete Kontrol just sits loading and is unplayable. When starting a new project and load the Fx RAUM from NI is freezes the intire project.
