How do I contact NI support about an invoice?

I can't find how I could request a VAT-free invoice. It seems like I can only ask direct question in this Community Forum, but I want to talk to Sales Support.

    Hello,

    if you are logged in and go to this website a chat should show up, if not you scroll down and you can then manually open it up.

    I tried it on my phone, which gave me the same problematic loop again at first, BUT I managed to break out of it by clicking unrelated question suggestions and after a few times clicking "NO, this does not answer my question" I finally got another "contact support" button. Which led me to many more unrelated questions and finally a change to ask one question directly.
    Pfff. This took me two hours so far.

    (I can't reproduce this result on my laptop.)

    Thank you for your answers, but there's no chat box, and I don't know how to open it manually.

    Also Purchase Support and Account Support keep bringing me back to this page.

    I tried this in a Firefox and a Safari browser. No difference there.

    I am logged in on the NI products page and on the Community page, but when I click on support I get stuck in this loop between these two pages.

    When I click on the 'Log In to contact support' it brings me back to this:

    When I click Purchase & Account support it goes back to this again:

    @Joep1234567 Are you able to log in? Or is there a problem there? If you scroll down you don't see the "need any help" chat box?

    So, it seems that you are not able to log in, have you tried to click on the Account Login & Password support, as mentioned?

    Yes, I tried, but that only gives information on how to solve lost passwords and such. That's not the problem. The "Log in to contact support" link just doesn't seem to work.

    When I'm logged in and I go to my invoice, I can click on a support link, which also brings me to this same "log in to contact support" link. When I click it it always end up here again.
