files are scattered everywhere, is there a simple fix?

somehow i've screwed my maschine mk3 up tremendously,it's not loading when i open my daw and none of my expansions and aplications are showing up.the problem started once i purchased an external hard drive and i tried switching everything over to my external and now files are scattered everywhere, i've tried everything i could think of,i've watched several videos and nothing seems to work…i just want my maschine back,is there anyone that can help? this problem shouldn't be so complicated to fix or is it just me? i've tried everything

Well, if your files are scattered everywhere, the best is to simply uninstall everything: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Windows Computer

Also follow these steps: Maschine Crashes

Then reinstall everything to where you want it to be installed. How to Change the Install Locations in Native Access

And to avoid this in the future: Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer

thanks for the information Jeremy i got my files and sound back. the problem i'm having now is that i don't have the images for none of my files,if i can get that issue solved i'll be even happier

Good to know you got all your stuff up & working (or almost!). Maybe this will fix the issue with the pictures? Product Pictures are Missing in the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine 2 Browser
