Was able to install Massive (223 MB) with ease but then I purchased Noire Piano VST (15.87 GB) and this message keeps popping up. I'm not sure what to do. I spent decent money for the piano plug in so I'm really looking forward to using it. I have a brand new 2021 M1 MacBook Pro so I have the necessary CPU to run such VSTs. I've attached some pictures below.
Please Help
First, Noire isn't actually a VST, it's a library that's loaded by Kontakt.
As far as the space needed for installation you might be hitting the problem where the Mac reports plenty of space but is actually using some of it (which it calls purgeable space) for Time Machine backups. Check out this article for more details - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001284225-Native-Access-Error-Message-Installation-has-been-prevented-You-do-not-have-enough-free-drive-space-to-install-the-products.
There are plenty of articles on the web on how to clear the "purgeable space" if you search with Google.
