Discord screenshare problems

Every time I screen share with friends on Discord, they randomly hear strange distortions, buzzing, and other audio artifacts, and this problem is unique to me. The only difference in our setups is that I'm the only one using an external audio interface. I have a Komplete Audio 2. I've already contacted Discord support, and looked through everything possible on Reddit, but no one seems to have a proper solution. I'm not very tech-savvy, so maybe someone here has a solution for this problem or at least some ideas on where to start digging. My last thought is that it might be due to the drivers, but I have no idea what exactly to do about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure to have all your programs, including the output of your Windows system to the same sample frequency.
