I requested a license transfer 3 months ago without any answer
I requested a transfer of a native instruments Maschine software license 3 months ago, then reached out to support one week later. I have not gotten any answer to any of them.
There's no way to email or call support.
Are Native Instruments still in business?

@GIOVANNIARONSSO Looking in our system, you initiated an automatic licence transfer on the 29th february and were sent an email with the transfer ID that you were supposed to give to the new owner.
Maybe you should check your inbox, spam folders, etc…
I couldn't find any ticket or request from you, you probably contacted Native Access to an invalid email address and should have been notified. We have a dedicated SUPPORT section it's on top of our website:

How long did you own the instrument you were trying to transfer?
There is a hard cool off period that prevents transfers to occur before a specific time frame has elapsed.
I believe it may be 6 months?

Thanks for the lightning speed and solid answer!
I have owned it since Aug 2019, although it was transferred to me at that point from a previous owner.
If there is an issues with their rules for transferring, the least I expect is information of the issue, not the dead silence I have been met with so far.
I respect their rules but not their ignorance.0 -
There must have been some mishap here. I am not going to try to instruct you how to contact support if you already have a ticket. What usually have happened in a case like this is that ticket for some reason did not get created or that N.I. responded and email were not received by user (gone to spam or whatever). Normally you should receive a response within a week , so if more than 14 days pass with no response then you should assume that something has definitely gone wrong. So don't wait three months for an answer before assuming something went wrong.
I hope that @Jeremy_NI is around and have time to look into the mishap for you.

As per my first post, I reached out to support one week after the transfer request.
I don't spend time asking them questions about why they dont answer questions - before now, that I don't want to see the Maschine any more.0 -
