I cant get my Maschine plus past the setup page
hi,
I just bought a new Maschine plus. I try setting it up but the last stage where it wants to register fails with the message. that credentials are unknown.
I can see the Maschine plus hardware and software in native access as registered.
I asked support but there is no reaction so far.
can someone help me to get it to work?

Hi daniels got same issue, I've already send a ticket to n.i but still not fix. If possible can you send the file the n.i sent you? Might try that

First of all I hope that NI responded and fixed your issue.
I can't upload the files here so I add a link.
I think you have to put them on the sd card (not in a subfolder) and then start it up. IT should prompt for an update or recovery. If this reset works don't forget to take the files off the sd card again. Once registered look for updates in the system menu
They came with instructions but I don't have them anymore :(

just to add some more info:
in the video when registering it shows the native ID in the right screen. Mine just says Register Maschine+? .

@Daniel jay maybe for other people finding this thread that have the same issue, what was causing your issue, and how did you solve it?

I dont know exactly. It looks like the device was allready registered by the store I bought it since they had it on display.
NI support sent me Some files to run a log and one tool by the developers to reset to an early version of Maschine firmware. After the update registration of the unit was possible. The. I updated again to version 1.9

the system reset file attached was the first thing they offered but that didn't fix my issue. please try putting that one on the sd card (no subfolder) if you haven't tried before using the other three files.
