hi there

I’m playing on my Mac with Beats headphones , the sound quality is low,and I don’t know why? It was working before but it’s gotten worse. I’ve tried all the obvious things like gain, headroom, etc but the bass still sounds weak and the song sounds empty with no depth. Any idea?
