missing folders 64bit and 32bit

i'm missing the folders where my vst goes on windows 11 can someone help here is a picture i tried to make my own folder but it still didn't work

it says the file do not exist when you try to create it. it doesn't work

You're trying to place your VST folders into the "Native Access" folder - which is a bad idea overall and very likely the reason as to why it won't work.
Why don't you just leave it at default (i.e. "C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\VSTPlugins XY bit")?
Or, place them in your "Content Location" under "F:\native instruments\VSTPlugins XY bit"…
