How to fix "download failed" in Native Access for mac os 10.9.5

Just purchased Spotlight Collection. When I run Native access, "download failed" occure. I disable firewall, no success. Have no idea what to do next.... Any help? I need those sounds for my work this week. Thank you in advance.

    Not sure about the download problem, but Spotlight Collection requires Kontakt or Kontakt Player, both of which require MacOS 12,13 or 14. If you have MacOS 10.9 it's unlikely that will work.

    Oh, God… I have installed KOMPLETE 10 years ago with KONTAKT 5 included. Everything works fine, so I thought it will be the same with Spotlight Collection… Lost investment I suppose.

    Talk to sales support - in general there's a "No refund" policy on software but if you've bought something you obviously can't use then they may make an exception if you ask nicely.
