Transferring duplicate instrument and plugin licenses to my son?

I upgraded to Komplete Ultimate from Komplete Standard yesterday. Komplete Ultimate comes with some instruments and plugins that I previously purchased individually, including:

-Opaline Drift

-Razor

-Molekular

Bx True Peak Limiter

I would love to gift these instruments and plugins to my son, who is a broke college student.

Three questions-

1. I purchased Opaline Drift directly from Native Instrument's website, but I purchased Razor from Plugin Boutique and Bx True Peak Limiter from Plugin Alliance. I have submitted a ticket on Plugin Boutique about transferring the license for Razor to my son and am awaiting a response. If Plugin Boutique allows me to transfer the license, how do I ensure it is no longer associated with my NI account?
2. I have not received a registration code from from Native Instruments to use on Plugin Alliance in order to obtain my new copy of Bx True Peak Limiter. It's only been 24 hours, so maybe I just need to wait? When I do receive it, the easiest thing would be to give my son that new registration code rather than deal with transferring my old license to my son and then me redeeming the new registration code. Is it possible to do it the easier way?
3. Right now, Native Access does not show duplicate entries for Molekular, Opaline Drift, or Razor. If I can transfer these to my son, will new entries automatically show up in my Native Access as the new ones that come with Komplete Ultimate?

Appreciate any guidance you can provide. I have read through the forum, performed a Search, as well as read the Knowledge articles on NI's website regarding transferring a license, but I couldn't address these questions. Thank you.

You won't see duplicate entries for the products - the KU licence includes them under the same licence number. You should be able to create a transfer ID for the three products in your NI account. You then give that code to your son and he imports that code which will add the licences to his account. Go to this page to see all the licences you can transfer

Tick the three you want to transfer, click "Review and confirm the transfer" at the bottom and agree to the transfer. You'll get a transfer code at some point, usually a few hours but might be longer in some cases".

As far as N.I. goes and to the extend that it is a N.I. matter then all matters regarding licenses and account are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support and if in doubt or having any problems they are the ones to ask.

It can be extremely hard to keep up with the constant changes from N.I. with more and more 'integration' of stuff between N.I. , iZotope and Plugin Alliance. What was the other before suddenly now is a license on the N.I. account and / or a download in Native Access. If you didn't receive a registration code then the only thing to do is to check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if it is listed as either Not registered or as Third Party serial at bottom and in case that you find it nowhere in either mail or on the mentioned page then contact either N.I. Purchase Support or N.I. Account Support .

As for the matter of the transfer of stuff then as a rule then you can not chop up whole N.I. bundles and sell the parts , but I have no idea if that extends to the plugin packs with the Komplete bundles , again you have to ask N.I. Account Support.

3 : will new entries automatically show up in my Native Access as the new ones that come with Komplete Ultimate?

As far as contacting N.I. support regarding serial transfers then even if gifting to your son then the situation/procedure is the same as if you want to sell :

click through and make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support

(You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in.

Then click the Contact support.

Then again click the Contact N.I. support that shows.
