Brand new Maschine Plus: No updates can be found

Just got a brand new Maschine Plus and powered it up. It said that it needed to be updated but when I pushed the button to UPDATE it says 'No updates can be found' and there it sits. No other functionality. I reset several times as well as shutdown and restarted…same thing. PEASE HELP! SO FRUSTRATED!

Is it correctly connecting to your WIFI? Try updating the firmware from the computer:

If all fails contact tech support.

NA2 won't do much for Standalone functionality.

First, install the latest version of Native Access - then you will see your updates.
