How to disable keyboard for Traktor Pro 3 ?

Hi all,

Been trying out Traktor for a while now with an S4 MK3 and really like it. I just have one problem: I want to disable the keyboard of my laptop, because I've had it happening multiple times to me now that I don't click well enough into the search field, unknowingly start typing, hit "s" while typing and bam, music stops. Not fun.

I've googled this, and it seems the solution to this was : settings --> controller manager --> select gen. keyboard and select none next to it. Unfortunately, when I look at the settings —> controller manager section, I can't find the "gen. keyboard" option anywhere. Has this option changed location in a recent Traktor update? (am using v3.11.1.17)

Can somebody please help? Thx!

Should be exactly at that location. First you have to select the keyboard mapping in the Device pop-up menu. On my machines it is called "Traktor Scratch 2 default mapping" (why ever never had TSP2 on these machines and installed TP3 from scratch not from a backup). After selecting the mapping choose "None" at In-Port and this mapping is inactive. The mapping could be called something else but should somehow state it is a keyboard mapping after its name.
