I purchased KONTAKT 7 (current version 7.4.2) on mac CATALINA, when i try to open a instrument of KONTAKT LIBRARY 2 its says that kontakt is an old version.

does anyone know where i can download an older version of KONTAKT LIBRARY 2?

But I do not see any "older" versions of Kontakt Library 2 listed here.

Not exactly sure how/when you purchased Kontakt to arrive at v7.4.2 but Kontakt is at 7.10.5 now.

This may be one for NI Support to look into.

This is happening a lot. There is a list of old library downloads in recent posts, however it isn't as easy to find as it could be.

What fixed this problem for me was to upgrade Kontakt 7 to the latest version. However, first I had to download the latest version of Native Access (2.0?). Otherwise no Kontakt 7 update was showing as available to download.

In my case I had edited an instrument on one machine using Kontakt version 7.09 and then tried to open it on another machine that had version 7.06.

It seems that the developers are salting MK3 keyboard feature support into the main Kontakt 7 codebase. This will perhaps help NI sell more keyboards.

thank you guys, I needed 1.2.0 the weird part is that native access shows me to update the library, guess not updating it
