Installing Nightfall

In Logic I want to open the Nightfall library and then opens the Komplete Kontrol window and I'm supposed to drag the number sliders up and down to get the right "Unlock Code" …then it says (Your code is at the top of your download page) …then my question is:

What download page??? Where is that page?

    If this is Nightfall by Realitone you should have received a serial number for input into Native Access. That is the only way to get this authorized and running in Kontakt/Komplete Kontrol.

    If it is another Nightfall then I am not sure what you are seeing there with “sliders” etc.

    In your original email from Realitone (or the store you bought it from), you will have the unlock code in an email - this doesn't come from Native Instruments.

    If you do have issues finding it, Realitone can help, and their support is pretty good - just let them know the email account you ordered with, and they should resupply.
