Kontakt 5 en mode demo

Good morning
I work on Windows7 Home Ed.
premium service Pack 1 and with Intel 5
And Cubase 5.5.3.651.
So I use Native Access Version
1.14.1 (R156).
And so I use Kontakt 5 Version 5.1.8.0
which worked very well
until two months ago.
Now when I try to use
Kontakt in Cubase I only have the half-hour Demo version.
Native Accès tells me that Kontakt5
is installed .
If I try to reinstall Kontakt by Native Access,
I got this message: download failed.
It's the same for other products
