After powering on and registering MK3 S49 "Hardware Connection Service" is not displayed under Available>Applications screen

never mind closed and reopened Native Access and it is there now
I also have been having issues with find the Hardware Connection Service application I followed the steps and still haven't seen it pop up. I even logged out and in and still no luck. could it be cause In using Komplete 12 and not a newer version?
