Customer service
can’t believe how poor their customer service is for the price of products they charge. first time buyer and already having issues with basic customer service contact. How does it take to get response for escalated specialist to respond back. Got email yesterday start it was forwarded to them and haven’t heard anything back 30hrs later

Most companies offer 48-72 hour response these days, not instant; so chillax and watch your emails :) Usally support is slower when stuff is going on like annual sales, major new launch, etc.
