Guitar Rig 6 updates?

Greetings,

I was trying to update Guitar Rig (current version 6.2.3) in Native Access and there's no button for that. Is it not possible to update anymore since gr 7 has been released? I mainly wanted to make the update for having the Fire Seeker amp. Thank you!

    Not seeing an update usually means that your OS is no longer compatible. However, you're running Windows 10 (as written here), so that's probably not it. Is the latest Windows Update - 22H2 - installed?

    Also, are you using Native Access 2 or the old/legacy Native Access 1 (which may not reliably show newer product updates anymore)?

    I am using Native Access 2, so it's probably my OS. I don't have the 22h2 version, but it's available. I'll try to install it and come back afterwards.

    I have installed the Windows update and I still cannot update gr6. Any ideas as to why?

    Firstly - GR6 is retired. Last version that I see in NA 3.10.x is 6.40. I am a Komplete 14 ULT user.

    This should roll down to you in Native Access 3.10.x with no issues.

    If it is not - could be your version of Native Access is not current.

    I have just updated NA to version 3.11.1, and I still se no update for gr6. So I guess my OS is not compatible with the update.

    I am running Windows 10 22H2 just as you are and I have 6.40 visible. I use GR7 however - and have not installed GR6 (or GR5 - which also appears for me).

    This has nothing to do with the OS.

    Suggest you enter a support ticket as you should have no issues getting to 6.40
