Kontakt 7 not loading in Native Access

Kontakt 7 just crashes when I click active and i cannot see it in my Native Access. I opened up a logic file from my old computer that previously had Kontakt 7 registered. It seemed to glitch my Kontakt 7 on my new laptop and put it in demo mode, even though previously it was a fully licensed product I bought. I don't know how to fix it as every-time I click the activate button it just crashes either logic or the stand alone plug in. Can anyone offer any insight. I don't want to delete my kontakt folders as i have presets saved in there for sampling purposes

    I have a similar problem. It doesn't crash but runs in demo mode, and has disappeared from Native Access. I have reactivated it via NI website but still runs in deo mode and still not in native access. I got an error message once (which I forgot to screenshot) saying something about it being incomplete to be able to update.

    I had the same problem until I installed the latest version of Native Access. Its called "Native Access 2". I had to download and install it - its not offered as an update within the Native Access program itself.

    Once I did that, it offered an additional update to Kontakt 7. Installing the latest Native Access fixed some other problems I was having.
