Traktor Pro Download and Native Access

Hi! I have a Traktor S3 controller and I used the software in my old MacBook. I bought a new computer, because my old one crashed…I bought a Traktor Pro 3 software, but I can't access. I'm receiving this message every time I try to do so… "Native access can't be found, You'll be forwarded to the download page" and then, when I go to the download page, it says Oops something went wrong"

I don't know what to do because my Traktor doesn't open, it keeps showing the message that my hardware has changed and I have to open Native Access to re-activate.I'm stuck in this loop and I have a important GIG in 2 days.

Can someone help me, please?
