Kontakt 7 (and 6) player not downloading
Every time I try download Kontakt 7 or 6 player, it goes through the installation process, and says it is downloaded, only to give me the prompt to download it again. When I check the location the files have downloaded, they aren't there, despite the program saying 'successfully installed' after every installation.
I am using Kontakt for my Robot Dog Drums Rock pack which I bought, and it seems to download fine, as well as other Kontakt selection 2, but for some reason, Kontakt wont.
I have tried moving the files to a different location, but that doesn't seem to help, I have also updated my PC. Any ideas on what I can do?

Assuming that you are using Windows 11 (?) then what is the version of Native Access used ? and have you tried while logged in as an Administrator then also run Native Access as an Administrator ? Also did you install Native Access as an Administrator ?
You could try and uninstall N.A. and NTKDaemon (might require you to kill process in Task Manager) and then install NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (in case of a download problem then try log in to Google) to see if that acts better. But it will auto-update if you let it and I am not allowed to help you prevent it from doing so.
