There was a similar problem, as soon as I took the device out of the box and connected it, the microphone button was illuminated, but when squeezed it did not activate, but the sound from the microphone came into the tractor.
Later I updated the Tractor Pro3 and everything started working perfectly.

By connecting Traktor s2 mk3 to Windows 10, I installed traktor as a sound card. The sound from the computer player is sent to the master and the headphones are output. The sound from the browser (listening to tracks online) does not go into the headphones. Only in the column wizard.

What could be the reason?
