I did subscribe for a month, last year (April-22) when Komplete Now was a thing. It shows in the subscription history as 360 essential. I would like to give the 360 Pro a try. Do I get the 14 days trial? Anybody knows?

Hey @Fade2Green Sorry, the free trial is only for new customers so you don't qualify.

But is not the 360 PRO different than what was the Komplete Now (now 360 Essential)? Many more products to test out. But okay, now I know at least. Thanks for replying.

wow. I suspected that was the case but is really not clear during the signup process_maybe I missed the fine print, lol. I actually had to check a box that said I was aware I could cancel for free during the two week trial. It was worth the $50 for one month to see how much I really like the product(s) and what I might use in any given project I'm working on. Although I think it's a steep fee there are a lot of great products! As there are no Demo/Trial versions of any NI software (that I'm aware of) this is a way of checking without owning. I would only gain a few instruments if I upgrade to the next level of Komplete(I own 14 Standard) and I really don't use expansions(I like to play and write my own phrases) So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Should have done it the Plugin Alliance customer friendly approach as for when Ulrich was in charge. Name it as a new product, and reset the trial for everyone. 360 is advertised as a new launch, so let it be just that.
