E-mail confirming registration and E-Voucher
Hi everyone, I registered on the Komplete 14 Collectors edition website but I have not received any email confirming registration. From what I understand, I need this email to take advantage of the E-Vouchers promised in this package. What can I do?

Double check your spam folders to make sure the email with the vouchers hasn't landed there. If you still don't see anything contact support and they'll get you sorted out. I'm a bit relieved to see that I'm not the only person who is having this issue. I was starting to think that I was doing something wrong. Hopefully, it will get resolved soon.

Email could be delayed a couple of hours but if you do not receive the vouchers then just contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Purchase Support there is usually never any problem getting the vouchers replaced. Besides the only vouchers actually worth something are those for Plug-in-Alliance plugin bundle (if you still get them , the plugins might come through Native Access now ?). The vouchers for N.I. Shop, if any ?, can not be used for anything already discounted , or for hardware or for anything not by N.I. themselves.

I submitted a ticket via NI Purchase Support on Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything back from them. So I sent another email on that ticket yesterday morning to see if there was a follow up and still no response. I got the Maschine Plus and it was supposed to come with two vouchers for extensions, but they never arrived in my inbox or spam folder. Maybe I have to submit another ticket? At this point, I'm just confused.

Don't worry , it might be really annoying for you to have to wait but support will get you your vouchers.
So I sent another email on that ticket yesterday morning to see if there was a follow up and still no response.
N.I. support do not work weekends so no need to keep sending updates to same ticket. The only reason to worry would be if you had not got any email confirmation which you did so everything is OK you just need to wait.
