Hello,
I have a problem with my s4mk3. Channels C and D no longer receive a live signal. Micro dead too.
I haven't changed anything. Even an old setting didn't help.
Can you unknowingly deactivate the two channels?
Who can help at short notice?

Input Routing looks fine for me.

You have selected the right inputs (Mic or Line) on your S4? (You change this with Shift-Ext on the according channel strip.) Within Traktor Pro the deck is really set to live input? (Expect you have already checked both, but just in case.)

Is live input working on Deck A/B if you connect something to this inputs? If you change audio setup to Channels C/D of S4 to run into Deck A/B within Traktor Pro? (And inputs A/B to decks C/D vice versa?)

No more ideas from my side beside these troble shooting steps…

Could be wrong but maybe Traktor doesn't have access to your microphone.
