Does NI have support tickets? I need Help
I have a real problem. I moved my Maschine library to an external drive, and it can't locate plugins, expansion packs, or everything but 4 packs with Maschine. I scoured the internet all the support docs without a solution.
Can someone please help me or give me a way to contact NI support to solve my problem.

I moved the entire Library to the new drive. Then, I Relocated the files to the new drive. I didn't move any of the plugins. Maschine only recognized 4 expansion packs.

Did you use Native Access to relocate the content after you moved it? Did you move only the libraries or did you move any of the plugins or applications?

After changing my address in NA preferences, I had to reload my library.
