After relocating Content libraries to an external Hard drive, can I delete those files from my mac

I want to know if I can remove the libraries from my computer after I relocate?

    Yep - if you copied them to the new location you can delete the old ones. If you're not sure you can always rename them first and make sure everything works before you finally delete them.
